HELLO :D
Here's a summary of what we discussed about yesterday, 020708.

1. PUBLICITY

(i) Shirts
So basically we have 2 shirts.

This:

It's going to be yellow-based with black print.

&This:

Hmmm, currently, the PR comm is trying to get the best possible price for these shirts (which would be both cotton), we'll tell you the price asap. Estimated cost: $20 for the 1st, $10 for the second.
And during our bazaar, half of us would be wearing the first shirt while the other half would be wearing the second. This is to advertise our shirts as we plan to sell them to the rest of the college.

(ii)Banner Above is our initial poster which we were suppose to paint. But it was a unanimous decision that the poster is to be printed (Size: 3m x 1m) and so the PR comm is going to make it nicer(: Estimated cost: $60

2. FUNDRAISING IDEAS for the bazaar

You should have received a more detailed version from Felix via email, so read it there! Cos I don't think any figures should be disclosed here.

We also saw pictures which Ms Wong and Ms Tng took on their reckee (sp?) trip. I think Ms Wong is going to post a blog entry here on her trip soon.

Yea that's about all I think!
Oh, we're supposed to hand in a photocopy of your results slip to the logistics comm once you get it :/
